Settling in

Victoria here. The weeks are flying by. Our boxes arrived towards the end of February and the flat is now starting to feel like home. We've bought a car which makes life a lot easier and we've worked out how to shop online. We are all enjoying the warmer weather that started at the beginning of March and we are trying to make the most of parks and other outdoor activities before it gets too hot. Homeschooling is going well and we've found a Christian homeschool club which meets every Wednesday just 10 minutes from here with activities for the children (packing gift packs for needy children in Mongolia last week, show and tell next week) and a programme for the mothers (Bible study last week, a toy exchange next week). We'll probably look round a couple of schools in the next month or so and keep our options open. Elizabeth, Jemima, Henry and Naomi are enjoying their newfound skills of skipping, reading, jumping and crawling respectively and I'm enjoying having more time with them and also with Giles who's generally free in the evenings and at weekends though works a long day.
This blog business is new to me so I'll try to add a photo or two...we'll see.
