Eating in Kigali (by H)

We've had some interesting food in Kigali. The picture is of Naomi and a jackfruit.

The other day we were waiting for a meal in a restaurant when suddenly there was a power cut. The cooks had to cook with the light from their phones.

In Heaven (a restaurant) I ate a goat brochette. It was very tasty!

Jessica our house keeper makes lots of yummy pancakes and delicious fruit salads!

We buy most of our food from Woodlands Supermarket that's up the road.

Plastic bags are banned in Rwanda so all the food we buy is in brown paper bags.
