Cape Town Day 5

On Wednesday we picked Giles up at lunchtime and drove to Lion's Head for what was supposed to be an easy climb compared with Table Mountain. However, after a reaonably easy uphill walk the rock-climbing began, with chains for some, and a couple of ladders over precipices which made my knees go a bit funny to say the least. The weather was foggy so no great views, but plenty of atmosphere. I was very glad that we all got home safely at the end of it and I would never do it again!
